Dance
Our Dance Program runs from September - May at the Botetourt Family YMCA, Kirk Family YMCA, Salem Family YMCA, and YMCA at Tanglewood.
Y dance programs allow children to explore the world of dance in a positive and affordable way. Dancers strengthen key skills, such as coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength, in a non-competitive and nurturing environment. We welcome children of all abilities and levels in both our weekday and weekend classes. Financial assistance is available to ensure that children of all backgrounds can dance. We even offer a dance shoe donation/rental program. Each dance program culminates in a recital.
Participants may register for as many months as they would like, but must give a 30-day cancellation notice. Dance Classes will be drafted on a monthly basis, and include recital, registration, and costume fee.
