Youth and Teen Wellness Center Orientations

Staying healthy and active is important at any age- and we want to make sure that your kids are well prepared for their workouts in our Wellness Centers!

Youth Cardio Orientations (Ages 9-11)

Your child ages 9 to 11 can use our cardio equipment, with Mom or Dad by their side! Learn how to use treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and more! Sign up for an appointment with a Wellness Coach so they can safely learn their way around our cardio equipment. Parent/Guardian must be present during Youth Cardio sessions and during workouts.

Teen Strength Orientation (Ages 12-13)

Get your child ages 12-13 familiar with how to safely use our strength equipment for a lifetime of fitness. Learn how to use plate and pin-loaded machines, cables, and free weights with the assistance of our Wellness Staff. Required before using strength equipment.
