Welcome to the YMCA of Virginia's Blue Ridge Aquatics Information page. We offer Aquatics programming at our Botetourt Family YMCA, Kirk Family YMCA and Salem Family YMCA.

At the YMCA of Virginia's Blue Ridge, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn lifesaving water safety skills and experience the confidence that comes from swimming.

Through our Financial Assistance Program, scholarships are available to help eligible families participate in YMCA Riptides Swim School lessons and the Riptides Swim Team. Assistance is based on household need and is designed to ensure that cost is never a barrier to participation.

If you think your family may qualify, we encourage you to apply. Our team is here to help make swimming accessible to every child.

BOTETOURT FAMILY YMCA

American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Course
American Red Cross CPR/First Aid certification class that will include a two year certification in CPR/AED for the professional rescuer with first aid. This is perfect for anyone looking to start babysitting as well as teachers that need to renew their certifications!
