What are the benefits of using MY Y Account?

  • Members log-in using their email address, eliminating the need to remember yet another online username.

  • Members can manage their own contact information.

  • Members can manage their own payment methods, including transferring pending payments to a new payment method.

  • Members can make payments on existing or future balances.

  • Members can view and print their current due statement, access scan history, and payment history.

  •  Members can make and cancel reservations for events and group exercise classes. 

  •  Members can browse various programs that the YMCA offers and register online.

How do I log into MY Y Account?

Members can log into their MY Y Account by using the email address on file with the Y. Members will create their own password. Each member on a household membership will need their own password. 

Who do I contact if I can’t login?

If a member has trouble with their email address, contact the Welcome Desk at the Y and request the email address you have on file. If the password is not working, click the “Forgot Password” button and follow the prompts to reset the password.
