Our YMCA partners with NFL FLAG to provide co-ed youth flag football for ages 6-11, focusing on skill development, fair play, and fun in a non-contact, positive play-based environment. All program activities are held on Saturday mornings, with players receiving official NFL FLAG jerseys and flags with registration. All teams are led by volunteer coaches.
