Group X Challenge
The Group X Challenge runs February 16 - March 29!
Heat things up this winter by participating in our Group X Challenge! This is a 6-week challenge where you'll gain more energy, strength, and endurance while building relationships and forming healthy habits. Plus, we'll be giving away weekly prizes!
How does it work?
1.) Pick up a Group X Challenge Tracker Card at the Welcome Desk or Group Exercise Studios. Whenever you attend a class, ask the instructor to initial a box on the card. You get one point per workout and you can earn up to FIVE (5) points for working out each week. Turn in your card each week and pick up another one. Please note that weeks run from Monday-Sunday!
2.) Earn bonus points for bringing friends to a group exercise class.
Fill out a Referral Card with your name and the guest's name. Your guest will be allowed to experience the class for free! You will earn FIVE (5) bonus points for bringing a guest and, if your guest joins, you may be eligible for our Better Together Referral program where you both can receive 20% off your monthly membership as long as you both remain active (exclusions apply)
You can earn ONE (1) bonus point by taking the featured Bonus Class of the week.
3.) Every week there is a prize drawing. Turn in your Challenge Tracker Card or Referral Card for points that week, and your name is to be entered into the drawing for a weekly prize. Our prizes get bigger each week, and as long as you keep participating, you can win a weekly prize!
4.) The grand prize is awarded to the member with the highest number of total points at the end of the Group X Challenge. Must be a YMCA of Virginia’s Blue Ridge member to win.
You can join the challenge at any point and still be eligible for prizes!
