Get ready for one of the best weeks of the year—Bring A Friend Week at the YMCA! From September 23-29, you can share the fun of working out with your friends and loved ones. Invite a friend or family member to your favorite Group Exercise class, hit the Wellness Center for some heart-pumping cardio and strength training, swim laps in our pool, or shoot hoops in the gym. Whether you’re lifting weights, enjoying a yoga class, or meeting new people, there’s no better place than the YMCA to connect and stay active.
