Wellness

Strong & Open: A 6-Week Yoga Series for Men
Tuesdays, Sept. 14–Oct. 19, 12:00–1:00 PM  |  Ages 16+
Member: $30  |  Non-Member: $50
Strong & Open is a 6-week yoga series designed specifically for men. Whether you lift, run, play sports, or simply want to move better, this class will help improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. No yoga experience or flexibility is required—just show up. Each session focuses on common areas of tension like tight hips, hamstrings, and shoulders while helping you build strength, reduce stiffness, and feel more in control of your body.

TRX Total Body
Mondays and Fridays, Sept. 7–Oct. 16, 12:15–1:00 PM  |  Ages 16+

Build a strong core, increase muscular endurance, and start getting stronger from day one. People of all fitness levels will enjoy cross-training and a fast, effective total-body workout.

Outdoor Boot Camp

Challenge your body and boost your fitness with our 6-week, no-equipment outdoor boot camp at the Kirk Family YMCA. Each session combines bodyweight strength training, core work, walking, and running to help you build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories—all while enjoying the fresh air!

Active Older Adults Luncheon

Youth and Family

Pre-Ballet
Wednesdays, 5:45–6:15 PM; Saturdays, 9:30–10:00 AM; starting Sept. 7  |  Ages 3–4
Member/Non-Member: $40
Little ballerinas learn basic ballet skills, terminology, rhythm, and coordination through creative movement and music in a supportive and fun environment. No dance experience is required.

Beginner Hip Hop
Wednesdays, 6:20–7:05 PM; Saturdays, 10:00–10:50 AM; starting Sept. 7  |  Ages 6–8
Member/Non-Member: $40
This upbeat class introduces young dancers to jazz and hip-hop fundamentals using age-appropriate music and movements. Take part in a high-energy, fast, and fun dance class. Little to no dance experience is required.

Fall Soccer
Saturdays, Sept. 5–Oct. 24, 9:00–10:00 AM and 10:00–11:00 AM  |  Ages 3–4 and 5–7
Member: $80  |  Non-Member: $100
Players are introduced to soccer through drills, games, and active play. This program provides a safe place for players to enhance motor skills, strengthen listening skills, and build confidence. The first two weeks of the season will consist of skills training and scrimmages. Games will be added during the final six weeks of the season.

Wednesdays, Sept. 9–Oct. 28, 4:30–6:30 PM  |  Ages 5–7
Member: $80  |  Non-Member: $100
